Compuware received the highest scores of any vendor in all five categories, as well as the highest overall rating.
“By offering a solution that provides complete visibility across the entire application delivery chain, Compuware has positioned itself as a company that delivers high customer value,” wrote Srihari Padmanabhan, Global Senior Research Analyst of Test & Measurement at Frost & Sullivan, in the report. “The company has set new standards in the cloud-based application monitoring market by offering the industry’s first end-to-end application monitoring solution.”
Padmanabhan goes on to state: “Compuware has achieved huge success with its Gomez® product line. Being the only company to offer end-to-end visibility into application performance, Compuware has been able to achieve a distinguished position in the application monitoring market. Given the expeditious penetration rate seen with the Gomez solutions, Compuware is expected to capture a major portion of the cloud-based application performance monitoring market in the near future.”
“We are honored to be recognized by Frost & Sullivan as Company of the Year for our leadership and innovation in the cloud-based application monitoring market,” said John Van Siclen, General Manager of Compuware’s Application Performance Management (APM) business unit. “Thousands of customers use our cloud-based APM solution every day to ensure the success of their business critical transactions. This award attests to our strategic commitment to cloud-based application monitoring and the value our APM solution brings to our customers.”
The Compuware Gomez platform is the industry’s leading solution for optimizing the performance of Web, non-Web, mobile, streaming and cloud applications. Driven by end-user experience, Gomez provides a unified view across the entire application delivery chain, from a user’s browser or mobile device, across the Internet or a corporate WAN, in the cloud, to inside the data center, eliminating blind spots from the First Mile to the Last Mile.
Compuware is recognized as a leader in Gartner Inc.’s “Magic Quadrant for Application Performance Monitoring” report.
