Global management consultancy Hay Group today launches a new suite of online solutions for HR professionals and line managers. Hay Group has distilled 60 years of intellectual property, unique research methodology and consultancy insight to offer proven, standardised tools to help organizations of all sizes manage their perennial HR processes.

Hay Group's new offering comprises three key product areas: Talent, Pay and Effectiveness.
These new scalable tools will open up the wealth of Hay Group's knowledge, giving clients of all sizes access to their market-leading IP and data.

The tools will sit alongside Hay Group's established consultancy practice. They will help organizations to professionalise their recurring HR processes - including reward benchmarking, recruitment and employee assessment - at an affordable cost.
