Dell announced its fourth quarter and annual results today. Detailed release is attached but here are handy highlights for the APAC region.

Key Global Corporate Highlights:
· Dell’s revenue grew $62.1 billion for the fiscal year, $16 billion in Q4
· Dell’s enterprise solutions and services revenue grew to a record high $18.6 billion for fiscal year, $4.9 billion in Q4. This business now represents 30 percent of revenue and almost 50 percent of gross margin dollars.
· Dell-owned storage grew 33 percent to $463 million, led by offerings based on Dell-owned intellectual property, which had sequential growth of more than 60 percent.
APJ Highlights:
· Revenue in APJ in Q4 was $3.2 billion (U.S.), a 10 percent increase over last year. Revenue for the fiscal year was $12.7 billion, a 13 percent increase over last year. China, second in Dell revenue to the United States, grew revenue 15 percent in the quarter and 20 percent for the fiscal year. India increased revenue 3 percent for the quarter and 13 percent for the fiscal year.
· Revenues for the APJ Public segment increased 16 percent year over year. India had a 28 percent increase in revenue in Public segment sales
· Consumer revenue increased 16 percent, led by China’s 49 percent increase
· Revenue gains for SMB and Large Enterprise were more modest in the quarter, at 8 and 7 percent, respectively. Korea led LE revenue with 28 percent and India grew by 20 percent. Japan grew SMB revenue by 24 percent, and Singapore increased SMB revenue by 19 percent.
