Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Sanjeev Verma, Executive Vice President and Head Global Sales and Business Operations, AGC Networks said, "Virtualization & Cloud computing clubbed with secure Unified Communications are the key technology drivers of the future. We have had a good start with Cisco over the past 12 months. Moving forward, we intend to leverage Cisco's innovation to broaden our solutions portfolio and extend the same to our customers through this partnership."
"As we move into new markets and emerging technologies, our Authorized Technology Provider Partners are instrumental in helping our customers turn innovative technology into a competitive advantage," said B Raghavendran, Head - India Partner Organisation Cisco, India & SAARC. "As a Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Customer Voice Portal and TelePresence Video ATP Partner, AGC Networks has invested in the skills necessary to bring advanced networking technologies that deliver operational improvements and help drive customer success."
The Cisco Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program is part of Cisco's go-to-market strategy for emerging technologies. The program helps Cisco to define the knowledge, skills and services that channel partners need to successfully sell, deploy and support an emerging technology.
To qualify for Cisco Unified Contact Center ATP status, AGC Networks had to meet a number of requirements, from achieving the Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialization to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Partners are also required to build a lab for development and customer-fault replication. The lab must contain current, upgraded and maintained Cisco Unified CCE solutions, each configured for real-world testing to simulate actual end-user conditions.
The Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal is a high-performance solution for enterprise-level contact centers using either the H.323 standard or Session Initiation Protocol in a distributed or centralized fashion. The Customer Voice Portal ATP recognizes partners for their investment in the knowledge and personnel to deliver cost-effective, personalized voice self-service applications and a transparent transfer of information from voice self-service to agent-assisted service.
