Lattice Is Honored With Huawei Quality Award

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC) today announced that Huawei Technology Co., Ltd., a global leader in telecommunications network solutions, has honored Lattice with its "2011 Quality Award." The Quality Award is given only to those companies that achieve consistently high scores from Huawei in multiple quality-related categories. In evaluating companies, Huawei considers quality, reliability, technical and design support, and delivery.

Lattice was the only programmable logic company to receive the coveted Quality Award for 2011. "Huawei and Lattice share a common vision of quality, and what it represents to both the supplier and customer. We have worked closely with Huawei for several years to improve our product quality and customer service to accomplish our mutual goals," said Michael J. Gariepy, Lattice Vice President of Corporate and Customer Quality. "This recognition from Huawei reflects the Lattice commitment to complete customer satisfaction, from the development phase through volume manufacturing."
The 2011 Quality Award is the second time this year that Lattice has been honored by Huawei. In April, Lattice announced that it had been recognized by Huawei as a "2011 Core Partner."
