Dell recently launched its Premium Phone Support on their consumer line of products which provides consumers with 24x7 on phone, chat and e-mail support. This 24X7 service is unique to Dell in the PC industry as it covers support to hardware, as well as software. Data shows that a greater percentage of consumer support calls made to Dell are software related; hence software support forms an integral part of this offering from Dell.

Premium Phone Support is a one-stop technology solution from Dell, available progressively to all Consumer brands (XPS, Inspiron & Alienware). It offers 24x7 phone support on operating system and common software applications such as e-mail, productivity, financial, internet browser, picture editing software etc. In addition, it also provides support on printer set-up, wired & wireless network device installation, data backup support and much more.
