Automatic LED Pick & Place machine launched by Agate Global Pte. Ltd is specially developed to meet the requirement of LED market. This machine delivers the best price-performance ratio in the LED PCB assembly industry.

It is the best solution for LED Lighting PCBs with high efficiency, great stability and proven technique. It can handle wide range of SMD LED ( 3528 , 5050 , 3014 , 3020 etc. ) as well as HIGH POWER LEDs. It delivers practical speed of about 8000 CPH. It is possible to load PCB of 1200mm (4 Feet) length & 380 mm width on this machine making it possible to place SMD LEDs on various types of PCBs used in LED Tube Lights Down Lighters,, LED Modules, LED Street Lights etc.
User can use PCB or CAD drawing to easily generate LED Pick & Place program. Automatic LED P&P machine adopts the technology of locating pin and mechanical origin alignment along with bilateral fixture to ensure good accuracy of 0.05mm and convenient material feeding. It operates on 230 VAC single phase supply, consumes only 0.8KW & has reasonably small foot print for the size of PCBs it can handle.
