SQL Star International Ltd., a prominent player in the authorized software training market today announced the intent to merge Mindlogicx Infratec Ltd, a products and services player in the examination automation segment with itself.

The combined business will have an integrated offering that includes a comprehensive and proven solution to large Universities and other Institutions for managing their examinations end to end and to help them deploy a distributed learning framework through its industry-grade products: IntelliExams for examination automation and GradFirst for knowledge delivery and skills enhancement.
Mindlogicx Infratec Ltd., is a technology company that has developed and delivered industry-strength products and solutions in the Higher Education segment. All the services are offered through their patent pending technology platform VEDAS.
