Concurrent Dual-Band (2.4GHz & 5GHz) Wi-Fi
The latest dual-band technology enables this Edimax wireless router to work simultaneously with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz network devices. With the ability to establish two Wi-Fi networks (2.4GHz & 5GHz) at the same time, this router allows you to set your network devices to work on the most efficient band for minimal signal interference and optimal Wi-Fi performance.
300Mbps (2.4GHz) + 300Mbps (5GHz) Max. Wi-Fi Speed
This Edimax dual-band router is able to establish super fast Wi-Fi connections on both the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz band. Designed in compliance with the IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n standards, this dual-band router can reach Wi-Fi speeds of up to 300Mbps on the 2.4GHz band and 300Mbps on the 5GHz band simultaneously.
iQ Setup
iQ Setup is a smart feature that allows even the most inexperienced users to set up an Edimax router quick and effortlessly. After the appropriate connections are made, you just need to open your web browser and iQ Setup will start setting up your router automatically. With iQ Setup, little to no configuration is required on your part and no installation CD is necessary.
WPS Button
The Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) button on this Edimax router allows for simple, push-button device connection. Simply push the WPS button on this router and on a client device, and you can establish a secure Wi-Fi connection between the two devices instantly.
