Advantest Wins Best Supplier Award From STATS ChipPAC

Semiconductor test equipment leader Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) (NYSE: ATE) has received a Best Supplier Award from Singapore-based STATS ChipPAC Ltd. (SGX-ST: STATSChP), a leading provider of semiconductor packaging design, assembly, test and distribution solutions. This is the fifth consecutive year that Advantest has earned this supplier accolade.

STATS ChipPAC's Best Supplier Award recognizes materials and equipment suppliers for overall best-in-class performance in cost, quality, delivery, technology, service and support.

This honor from STATS ChipPAC is the latest industry recognition earned by Advantest. The company also has received other supplier awards and this year's top ranking among BEST Suppliers of Test Equipment in an industry survey conducted by VLSIresearch.
