Foxconn Achieves 200% Growth In Its Motherboards Sales In Last One Year

Foxconn, world's leading manufacturer of computer components and systems, reported a 200% growth in the last one year, in its motherboard category. This was achieved due to the huge acceptability of its H61 series motherboard in the market. On an average Foxconn has sold 20,000 motherboards per month during the year. Their distributor - Compuage infocom has made this possible through its strong partner network across the IT market. Compuage Infocom is top 5 IT distribution house in India estd since 1987.

Foxconn entered India in 2007 and is tied-up with Compuage for its channel distribution since May 2011. Foxconn made available the entire range of Foxconn Motherboard, Nano-PC, Desktop Barebones and Chassis to the entire IT channel. The Taiwan-based company Foxconn, is currently the largest OEM manufacturer in the world, with a customer base that includes Apple, Sony, Intel, Nokia, HP, Acer and Dell. Foxconn had a focus on investing its time and money carefully in a step-by-step planning, adding feet on streets and strongly using the ATL and BTL marketing to spread the initial brand awareness.
Foxconn always believed that healthy growth can be achieved only by investing conservatively, especially in the current PC market scenario. Due to consistent quality perpetuation, Foxconn became most preferred brand for local OEMs & CKD manufacturers also. And, Indian government's new measures of encouraging 'in-country' manufacturing units will help Foxconn to scale up their CKD volumes further.
