Sonata Software Limited, a leading IT consulting and software services provider, will announce results for quarter ended June 30, 2012 on Thursday, August 9, 2012 in Mumbai. The results will be available for public viewing on the company’s website, www.sonata-software.com, in the section ‘Investors'.

This will be followed by an Analyst Call on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 11:30 AM IST. It will be hosted by Mr. Srikar Reddy, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Mr. N. Venkatraman, Chief Financial Officer, along with other members of the senior management. During the call, Mr. Reddy will also respond to queries related to the company's performance.
