itsmy HTML5 Games Now Playable With All Game Controllers

Friday, August 03, 2012: itsmy, the Munich based html5 gaming specialists today announced the support of multi-controller game play of all social and casual titles within the itsmy game cloud.

What can gamers expect? It’s their choice how to play: Player 1 with Tablet an

d touchscreen plays live against Player 2 with Smart TV and remote-control against Player 3 with PC plus mouse and keyboard or Joystick.

The one-time developed games on the itsmy cross-device platform are standard HTML5 and JavaScript, thus they are absolutely user friendly and easy to play because it is not necessary to install anything. All you need is a good browser.

“Cross-device gaming is nothing without a perfectly implemented cross game controller strategy. And our itsmy HTML5 games platform now supports all available control devices to fulfill today’s gamers wishes,” says Antonio Vince Staybl, CEO of itsmy.

Next steps will be full HTML5 Joystick support for online browsers, STBoxes and Smart TVs. A must-have for casual game developers in future, as gaming on TV screens will be an essential part of the device mix.
