Corsair®, a worldwide designer and supplier of high-performance components to the PC hardware market, today announced the availability of Force Series™ GS solid-state drives on Flipkart.com, one of the leading destination for online shopping in the country, for India. Corsair Force GS SSDs are available for preorder bookings on Flipkart.com; customers can start getting delivery of the products from August 12, 2012. The products will be delivered free of cost after the booking.

Corsair Force GS SSDs offer the fastest overall performance, powered by a SandForce SF-2200 SSD processor and fast Toggle NAND memory for both fast sequential read/write speeds and strong random write speed for impressive real-world performance. Force Series GS SSDs support SATA3 6GB/s, so one will get superior performance from newer notebook and desktop PCs that use the newest standard. It's also fully backward compatible with SATA 2. It supports the Windows 7 TRIM command, allows storing only the required data and performs memory optimization to ensure the fastest possible write speeds. 2.5" form factor combined with an included 3.5" adapter allows for easy installation into notebooks or desktop PCs.
