Airtel Internet Ad Campaign 'Teramera' Voted As Best TV Commercial For August 2012

Tuesday, September 11, 2012: In an online survey (Best TV commercial of an Operator in Aug 2012) conducted by Telecom India Daily Airtel commercial titled teramera has been voted as the best TV Ad followed by Vodafone Delights. Close to 500 people took part in this survey and 50% of them ranked Airtel campaign as the best among all whcih were running during the month of August. Concept, presentability, music are major parameters which people have considered while selecting Airtel Ad option.

Indian Mobile market is one of the most competitive market across the world. No where across the globe we can find this much number of service providers. The result is that Mobile Operators have to be on their toes all the time to control and increase their market share. New subscriber addition and more important subscriber retention are two main things always at high priority in their strategies.

The imoprtant task is to take thier new products & services message to end user. More significant is that it is delivered in a way that then end user understands it, in straight words - Simple & Presentable. This is where innovative minds come together to create wonderful & meaningful Ad campaigns.

Telecom India Daily thorugh this survey wanted to understand the reasons of liking and disliking of Ad capmaigns from user point of view. Majority of people who voted shared their views in support of the selection they made out of options available.
