As part of a continued focus on investing in and delivering some of the world’s most advanced security services to enterprises and government agencies around the globe, Terremark, a Verizon Company, today begins delivering Verizon’s comprehensive portfolio of managed and professional security services in Brazil and throughout Latin America. This set of leading security services is aimed at helping enterprises and government agencies better manage and protect their most important asset – their data.

Available immediately in Latin America, Verizon’s managed and professional security services help customers identify threats by providing best practices and access to seasoned security experts, manage threats with proven policies, and design, implement and execute effective information security strategies. Services include on-premise managed security, application vulnerability scanning, vulnerability management, and Security Management Program services. In addition, Verizon’s Research Intelligence Solutions Knowledge (RISK) team taps into the threat intelligence synthesized from monitoring and managing one of the largest IP networks in the world, providing customers with an unparalleled view into the security threat landscape.
