The review is good. But as someone who has been using this device for 3 months now I need to point out some facts. First up the screen has an actual resolution of 800480 & not 1280720. This can be confirmed by installing any app like antutu or cpu z. The device actually recognizes & supports a 64GB microsd card which is great. You can also directly install apps & games on the microsd card without using 3rd party apps like app2sd in order to do so. This is great for non techy people. You simply need to go to Settings & select the sdcard as the default installation location for any app. All apps from the Play Store get downloaded & installed on the sdcard & so you are unlikely to run out of space anytime soon. Another great news is that the device comes rooted out of the box Yes you heard that right. What this means is that you are no longer restricted to the meager 512mb ram that it comes with. Just install an app called Roehsoft Ram Expander from the Play Store & voila.. you can now set upto 3GB of the sdcard to be used as ram. This means that not only can you multitask easily you can also install & play heavy games like dead trigger asphalt 8 modern combat 4 etc. These games normally do not run on unrooted 512mb ram devices as they are ram dependant. This device though comes pre rooted & if you have set aside 2 or 3GB of space on the sdcard as ram you will.have no problems running most games out there. Remember the Mali 400MP gpu on this device is also used on the galaxy s3 & note 2. Granted the dual core 1.3ghz mtk6572 cpu is average at best. But it does a good job of running heavy games because it needs to push only a few pixels due to the low screen resolution. All in all if you have a meagre budget & are willing to overlook a very low res screen & horrible build quality with creaky plastic you can go for this device as it provides a gargantuan screen with more than decent performance provided you are wiling to invest some time in following my tips.
