Hands On: 41 MP Nokia 808 PureView Smartphone

Nokia India launched its latest much-awaited smartphone - the Nokia PureView 808 - this week in the country. The smartphone comes with a 41 MP camera - the highest resolution to be ever available on any smartphone. It boasts of high-resolution 41 MP sensor with Nokia PureView imaging technology and high-performance Carl Zeiss optics and runs the Symbian Belle operating system. Other specifications of the smartphone include a 10.2 cm (4-inch) AMOLED multi-touch capacitive display with Corning Gorilla Glass and is powered by a 1.3GHz processor. It comes with an internal 16GB memory expandable up to 48GB with a microSD card.

It comes with Xenon flash with operating range up to 3.5 m and lossless zoom up to 3 times for still photography. The focus range of the camera is 15 cm ~ infinity. The phone has been priced at Rs 33,899 and is already up for sale in the retail outlets.
