Friday, June 22, 2012:
The new Swype keyboard was unveiled today by Nuance Communications, that works on both touch and voice inputs with unique adaptive capabilities to predict the next word. It has a great memory and records users' preferences. The new Swype becomes more personalised every time a user Swype, speak, tap or write. Nuance Communication previously developed the Dragon voice recognition engine that added brains to Apple's Siri to recognise voice.
Every word that a user types gets added to a personal dictionary. Also, Swype keyboard can learn new words from e-mails, texts and posts. This is not all, it supports over 55 languages right from the device. User can avail multiple input methods and the keyboard can interpret a user's personal accent, language style, thus helping them to have a fast, flexible and accurate typing experience. |
