Wednesday, June 27, 2012: Annik Technology Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading knowledge services company (headquartered in Gurgaon) has achieved a major milestone in getting CMMI Level 3 Certification. Annik is the first company in India and fifth in the world to be certified on CMMI SVC + SSD model v1.3 .

This certification is given to companies who use defined process for managing work. Also, it is seen whether the companies embed tenets of project and work management and services best practices, such as service continuity, and incident resolution and prevention, into the standard process set. These standard processes are used to establish consistency across the organization.

KPMG (a global consulting firm) on behalf of Software Engineering Institute had conducted a thorough audit of all the service lines across the enterprise. The scope of the audit included process areas such as Work Planning, Service Continuity, Risk Management, Incidence Resolution and Prevention, Service System Transition, Service Delivery etc.
